6. Return – Replacement of Defective Products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 14 calendar days free of charge, as long as the packaging has not been opened and the product has not been damaged. You can also request their replacement:
a) in all cases in which Arkoudis Th. Angelos has proven to be guilty of wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport or with poor packaging) and b) in all cases in which there was a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and since the warranty has been given by Arkoudis Th. Angelos This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party guarantees such as by the product manufacturer or its agent.
In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced-repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents which accompanied the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, etc.) upon delivery. 7. Cancellation of Order

After receiving the product, contact our store by phone: 2392091410 or by e-mail: arkoudislogistirio@gmail.com to explain the reason you wish to cancel the order. If the company is not responsible for the cancellation of your order, you will in any case be charged with the shipping costs of the products.
Caution! In case of payment by credit card, cash is not refunded but the refund is made through the bank to your credit card.
In case of an order with receipt from our physical store after the end of 10 days, it will be canceled automatically.
In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum cancellation period cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
8. Payment Methods

Please fill in your order number and name during checkout. Upon receiving an update in our payment system about the payment, we confirm your order and the process of sending it begins. Please keep your proof of deposit.
9. Order / Delivery of Products / Shipping Costs
As soon as your order is completed, you will see the following message (example):

Shipping charges:
Transport costs are calculated based on the postal code. that you declare when registering your order and based on the volume and/or weight of your order.
Delivery dates and times:
Average delivery time is 1-3 business days for in-stock items.
In the event that your order includes products that are expected, your order will be delivered when we receive the expected items. We will contact you to inform you about the times of collection from our suppliers and delivery to your home.
For transfers through an agency, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply.
Products are not delivered outside of Greece.
10. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Arkoudis Th. Angelos reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions, made through its online store without prior notification, informing visitors by posting the new terms and conditions on the website of this online store . It is clarified that the change of terms does not apply to orders that you have already placed.
